Rules governing any booking and rental of equipment from Prime Event Rental

Booking is confirmed upon receipt of the agreed deposit.

The equipment remains the client’s responsibility until it is collected by Prime Event Rental.

The balance is payable before delivery.
- 4
Any loss, breakage or damage will be charged at replacement value.

Any delay in returning items may result in additional rental fees.
- 6
The security deposit is refunded within a maximum of 7 days, provided the equipment is returned complete and in good condition.
